    On 5/13/2024 and on 5/11/2024 Intelligent Banking Solutions **** at ***************************************************************************************** debt collection actions against me. Intelligent Banking Solutions **** has failed to properly disclose the debt to me and their actions or who their client is they are working for. I request the BBB contact this company and request a response as to the full account information and the documentation and the company for which this debt collector company is seeking to collect a debt from me. This company has ignored all attempts and letters sent to them requesting that information. I need to know that information as I have concern I have been victim of identity theft and this company is not responding.

    Here is the response form in the letter the BBB sent me, I am sending it back as requested by the BBB:

    Have you heard from the company?   No, I have not got a response sent to me by the company.

    Are you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter?   No, ************ has indicated they are attempting to collect a debt and allege I owe a debt, but is not responding with requested details about the debt they are trying to collect and taking debt collection actions against me over. I want to know the debt they are trying to collect that they allege I owe. What it is, full details, all documents and agreements, invoices, etc. Multiple attempts have been made to get a response from the company, but they have not responded. They have used the reason of debt collector, to gain full access to my LexisNexis Consumer Credit Report, in depth, what appears to be over ************************************************************************************************* who they are working for.
