      I would give them 0 stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
      This may have once been a small family-owned/run business with ethical practices that served NL and surrounding communities. Now it's a subsidiary of a larger company (Clear Choice) out of Manchester & employs what can only be described as manipulative & unethical sales practices, deliberately designed to "con" potential customers into signing contracts for an obscenely overpriced product/service. "Price gouging" is the expression that springs to mind.
      We knew within a couple of minutes that our meeting with their salesperson was weird & had the potential to become very uncomfortable, since she barraged us with all types of "marketing" type questions. What we imagined would be a 30 minute conversation stretched to 2 hours... was she trying to wear us down? The most infuriating part came at the end. She demanded that all pricing & agreements had to be done on the spot - a clear indication that something was fishy. Then she quoted us a truly obscene price & proceeded with her "discounting" strategy to try to make us think she was cutting us a break on price. I felt like I was watching a 3am cable TV commerical: "but wait! buy now & save 30%! but wait! buy now and we'll double your order!". It was both insulting and anger-inducing. The pièce de résistance was her saying that if she walked out the door all the discounts would be erased & she would have to charge the "retail" price. At that point I told her to get out. Be warned.
