    I purchased a used, 1989 ****** 175 guitar, from Blue Mountain guitar on 04/02/2024 for $3099. It came with a 7 day return policy.I didn't hear from blue mounting for a week. I received no receipt, no invoice. On 04/08/2024, I called them and the number had been disconnected. I contacted ********** and disputed the transaction.I received it on 04/08/2024. I contacted ***** and canceled the dispute.However, the guitar had a broken neck and cracks in the top.I took it to Jancar Guitar Repair on 04/13/2024 for an evaluation and was advised by ********************* that I should return it as it would be too expensive to repair and would be worth far less than the sale price.I advised Blue Mountain Guitar of this and they agreed to allow me to return for a repair and sent me a return shipping label.I shipped the guitar back to them on 04/15/2024.They received the guitar back on 04/17/2024.They still have not processed a refund. The owner told me he could not refund my money because his bank indicated that they have not received the funds from my original purchase. ***** indicated that there is no dispute pending and that they have paid the merchant's bank. For several days I have messaged the owner on his person cell *************) asking for an update on the refund but he is no longer replying to me.***** is saying they cannot help because they have paid the merchant and the merchant is saying he cannot refund me because his bank has not received the funds.
