  My complaint is that rock crest Gardens put down loam and grass seed down be came finishishing it started to rain and got washed away.
  
  I spoke to Mr Derek R*** the owner ofRock Crest Gardens . About my property at 189 Blackwater Road Somersworth NH . I spoke to him about the followwing things I wanted to have a tree in my back yard because it was dieing going to replace it with a new one which we would replace it through his company. Going to putt a patio under my dek along with sloping the back yard.So the water to slope away from my house. With a french drain would keep pudles off my back yard. We also walked around the property so I could show Him my yard where thier was very little grass or none at all. I also told Erek I sent 7 spos out off my yard for soil Analsis which University of the State of New Hampshire to see what type of soil that I Have. The report came back I had Poor soil dirt and and clay not very good fo growing any thing I menchen to Erek about I should 4-3 inches of loam .Erek mechin tah he had somme to mix in to the loam and seed and spead it out. I and Betty decided to hire Rock Crest Garden. company showed up in November 2023. compant did everything they said except for loam and grass forman Pete was putting down seed with machine throwing out or speading out. Then the rain started Pete finished up the my wife over haerd him say as long as it don't rain to hard every thing sould be okay. Well 2 days later it stopped raining and lot of the soil was washed away with the grass seed. I called Rock Crest Gardens I spoke to Tacy. I explained to Tracy what happen to my yard Tracy had me text pictures to her Tracy saw the pictures this was on Noveember 14, 2022 Tracy said that they would come back in the spring.
  
  Apil 2, 2023 I called Tracy so I could get on a list to have them come back and finish my yard. I called couple more times. called again in
  
  May spoke to Tracy again she said she was sorry that took so long they had weather problem keeps holding them up . I said my wife would like a rose bud she came back with a price 500$ the tree that we did buy replace big tree looked like it was dieng but Tracy said no that one we already paid for. I did order a second tree tha to men cme around July 19 2023 . they also brouht a caan full of loam thinking they were going to fix my damage on my lawn. both men said that would not fix it again pictures were taken sent back. the men said they would come back in August first of september. I said please can't you come back sooner please promis. then i heard from tracy she saiid Erek would be back until last of August first of September Time came Derek and his wife plus forman Pete said they would be back even though Tracy said they would come back and fix my yard I gave them a copy of the soil sample to his wife who made the coment Dereks wife said she had that perfesor

  We are sorry that you felt the need to write this incomplete negative review of our company even after all of your communications with you and our generous offer of a 20% discount of our services to your property. Unfortunately, we are unable to work against Mother Nature and sometimes she wins. We acknowledge that your property washed out due to the rain following the terraseeding service and believe that this happened due to your property conditions (subgrades and the actual material of the undersoil). Our terraseeding service produces great results most of the time and we only perform services when we feel that they will have a 100% success rate. 
  
  We had tried to remedy the situation and came back to do an over seeding to try and get the grass boosted to grow and produce a desirable result. You are looking for our company to come back and redo the entire service for free when the service failed due to Mother Nature. We work our hardest to uphold our good reputation and we stand by our work. Unfortunately, landscaping services can sometimes be unsuccessful due to unforeseen weather or other unforeseen factors in regards to the earth and Mother Nature. We apologize that the terraseeding did not come out the way that we all wanted it to. We were hired to provide a full service in which we completed, and Mother Nature made it impossible for the service to work with your property.
