      On 6/23/24 my Camper was in a fire caused by the campgrounds electric. I shortly after called Mackenzie and spoke to their operator. The plan her and I came up with was to inspect the tank and I was going to buy a new camper and have them come out to attach the tank to the new camper. We never agreed For them picking up the tank. The complaint I am making is caused because on 7/24/2024 Mackenzie charged my account $44.24. I called today to ask why they filled a tank unaware that the reason they charged me was because their tech charged to pick up the tank. I did not ask them to pick the tank up period. The fuel left in the tank I had already paid for, and in the initial agreement I signed with her *** that agreed to bring the tanks to the campground had never said I would be billed $149.00 for them to pick up. As i spoke the the *** today she said they refunded me $44.24 cents but they in fact, did not refund me this. They charged me this. The *** had the nerve to tell me she knew the conversation that took place years ago from her *** **** who was fired from her company and said that he never said that there would be no pick up fees. **** their employee advised us if we no longer needed the tanks he could return them for us as he worked for them. There was never a disclosure that their would be a charge. Not to mention they took the tank with out asking.
