      I've been a long time resident in the valley and have been taking my vehicle to Kelly and Ron for the past ten years with great customer service and care. They recently sold to new partners and the quality, trust and customer service went right out the window. I took my car in for a usual brake inspection, was told only my rear brakes had to be changed (was told the front was fine). After I had the rear brakes done with them - I had to return on three separate times due to continued squealing and was told "nothing is wrong" on the first visit,, and then on the second visit "there was an extra peice of hardware" found that they removed and that things were stable now. But with continued noise and grinding and frustration I had a family member who is a mechanic examine my car...not only were my front brakes also in need of repair, the rear brakes they replaced were installed incorrectly (I was shown this) which ended up gouging the new rotors! - also they bolted on my lug nuts so tightly we had to break two of them off to take off the rear tires. If i was to get a flat on the side of the road I wouldn't have been able to change my tire!!
      Very dissappointed with the quality and service as they WERE a reputable company serving the valley...I hope whatever hiccups are worked out in the long run but they absolutely lost a valued customer of 10 years, it's a small valley and I know I am not alone on this. Shame on ya!

      Had Both cat converters replaced on my 2008 Toyota Tundra and one O2 sensor. The installed direct fit cat converters from Napa. Both cat converters cost at was little over $1500.00 and the O2 sensor was about $130.00. They charged me $4153.37 for the parts and $305.99 for labor. This means they are marking up parts by more than 110 percent.
