    On January 17, 2023, I purchased a Rhythm Touch system from Andrew H* at the Phoenix Home Show. It's a small electronic impulse machine designed to help heal arthritis and other physical ailments. I paid him $323 with my credit card, only to learn a few weeks later the same machine is available for around $50. So I contacted Mr. H* via email February 2 and told him I wanted to return the entire system for credit (no response). I sent him a follow-up email February 5 (no response). A few days later I called and spoke with Mr. H* and he confirmed the address where I should return the machine. I mailed it out to him February 10 and tracking shows he received it February 13. As of today, March 13, 2023, he still has not issued any credit back to my credit card.

    I just found out about this complaint as no one has contacted me about it previously. ****** is one of our sales reps and not the owner of the company. I am very surprised to hear about this as we normally refund customers immediately after receiving product. I would like to ask the customer if they have received the refund or not? Thank You.

    In response to the CEOs question/comment, his sales rep did not refund me immediately, or ever, to my knowledge. 
      My credit card company pursued this and ultimately reversed the charge, so I am satisfied and this is resolved. 
       But shame on that sales rep!

    I am very sorry to hear that my sales rep did not refund you immediately. I am sorry for the trouble this caused you having to go through the bank to get your refund. I have never had this happen before during our 30 years in business. Im not sure what went wrong this time. I will make sure this will never happen again. I will not have sales reps handle returns anymore. They will not be allowed to give out their personal contact information. Instead customers will contact me directly.
