    I paid $2775.65 for CMB to insulate my home on 10/31/22. They told me it would take 1 full day. However at the end of that day they were still not done. They made arrangements to come back and did so for hours but still did not complete within the time frame we had for them. During these days the men were very unprofessional. Not bringing tarps to put down to catch the outside mess, not bringing a measure tape, and leaving behind such items as open switchblade knives. They left a mess of debris inside and out of my home. I reported the problem to their management who came out on a Saturday and looked at the job they had done and he told me they would have a resolution and contact me by Monday. Well I never heard back from them and my work is still not complete. I had told them I had lost confidence in the Men who initially came out to work and I was told that either the manager or the owner would be back to finish it. Efficiency Maine reached out to me with multiple questions about the work being done and I advised them of the situation. They had also told me there should have been an all day efficiency test done prior to any work as well. Efficiency Maine also told me they were being dropped as a representative of theirs. I had asked for a refund from the company and they refused. At this point I'm asking BBB to get involved to help with the resolution. TY

    This is the owner of the company - as she stated we were out to check in the work right away - I attached a screen shot of my texts to her with no response. We have always been willing to fix any work that needs to be fixed so kind of confused why this complaint was ever sent in and don’t believe it is it is a just complaint

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I have lost confidence and trust in this company and do not want them back on my property. I also do not want to discuss it further with them directly they are very sarcastic and rude. I have not and will not respond to his further text.

    At this point I will attempt to get an estimate from another establishment to provide as a resolution. I'm not sure how long that will take. I'm open to other suggestions that will get the work done without his crew handling it. I'm going to need an explicit itemized work order / receipt in order to get a complete estimate from other providers.
