    My wife and I came to the resort for our anniversary. We live in Florida.
    We are shocked to learn they DO NOT have air conditioning in the bedroom on the top floor.
    They explained that when it gets gold outside, they switch over the air conditioning system to heat. So there is no way to cool our bedroom except to blow air from the lower floor with a fan up to the top floor, where the bedroom is located.
    There is NO WINDOW in the bedroom that can be opened to let cool air in.
    We have the window in the kitchen/living room open, and we are forcing cold air from the outside up to our bedroom, so hopefully we will not have to spend another night on the COUCH AND PULL DOWN BED.
    The downstairs does have a stand alone colling/heating system/
    No where on their website do I see any statement that they DO NOT have air conditioning in the bedroom.
    Completely unacceptable.
    This is a VERY AWeSOME facility, but w/o air conditioning, it is miserable.
