    Very unprofessional. Sent only 2 of 3 items ordered and when I asked when they would send the other item, the owner said that he had already sent it, very clearly calling me a liar on multiple emails. Very rude email replies. I called ****** because I had used 'amazon pay' for my payment method. Only after ****** contacted the store did they admit they had not sent the third item, then they finally sent the item and admitted their mistake. ****** told me that this store would be deleted from using Amazon pay if they did not deliver all of the items paid for.

    UPDATE: 1/22/2024


    After emailing back and forth with the retailer they sent me out a replacement watch for the one that was broken upon receipt. So pleased I wasn't out the money I spent on the product.

    Bought a watch from them that's supposed to speak the date and time and it doesn't work. They refuse to do ANYTHING with it because it's been past 10 days of purchase. It's got a 1 yes manufacturer warranty and was a Christmas present for gosh sakes. Very poor customer service and quality of product.

    We have offered to replace the item even though defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Since it was a gift, we extended the exchange policy, but the customer refuses to return the item for a replacement. They are insisting on a refund without retuning the item. Defective items are replaced as an exchange and returns must be made within 30 days. Since the customer is refusing to return the item, we cannot inspect it or offer a replacement or even a return. This is clearly stated in our policy and is typical among many online store.

    The vendor has a 25% restocking fee if your lucky enough to pass all the long list of unreturnable items. Do Not purchase from them unless you would like to give your money away!

    Many of the products we offer are end of life products and are sold to those that are elderly and to those who are sensitive to medications and viruses so we have a restocking fee that covers our shipping costs and the costs to inspect, clean and restock the items in the safest manner. Our restocking and return fees are clearly marked on our 'Returns' tab. The review posed to the BBB is not just.

    Condition: Defective
    Response: Unsatisfactory & Unprofessional
    Defects in Cat: 
    - Broken Neck: Does not have full range of motion. Loud Cracking & Mechanical noises when cat attempts to turn its head.
    - Broken Leg: Back leg floppy & loose.
    - Hair Loss & Skeletal Feel: Tufts of Hair coming off of Cat immediately upon arrival. Hair also does not feel full & fluffy. This causes the cat to have a boney or skeletal feel.
    I wrote an email to the company & explained the issues with the Cat & politely asked what would be done to rectify the situation.
    I then received an email from Sean B******.
    - No apology was given. 
    - Phrase "you believe your item is defective" used
    - I was told I'd have to return the item AT MY EXPENSE (even though it is a defective product)
    - I was told there was now a time limit of 14 days for me to comply with sending back the cat at my expense.
    I wrote back promptly & explained that I did not "believe" the item to be defective, that I knew it was & attached video & photo proof of the product's defects. I stated, "When purchasing the Tuxedo Cat, I expect the item to be working properly and with no defects.  The return cost of this item should be covered by Healthcare Products, LLC as it is the responsibility of said company to supply a non-defective item."
    I then requested a return label & have yet to hear anything from Sean B****** or any other representative of alzstore.com
    I attempted to leave my review on alzstore.com and am not surprised to find that my login no longer works & will not allow me to request my password. 
    Unprofessional company sending defective products & then ignoring their customers. This is especially unprofessional of them considering they've claimed that my response is now time sensitive.

    We worked with the customer to attempt to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The item sold was deemed as not being defective as described by the customer, but indeed broken by the user. It is a robotic pet - so some internal parts may feel hard as its the way the item functions. We were willing to accept the item as a return, but the customer disputed the charge before the item was received and inspected. We did our best to resolve the issue.

    The Alzheimer's Store did not attempt to resolve the issue in a timely manner. What they did do was quickly assess blame by indicating "you believe your item is defective". Using these terms, The Alzheimer's Store felt justified for me as the customer, to pay the cost to return the item. Even though I provided photos and videos which were recorded moments after the unit was carefully removed from its packing showing numerous defects, The Alzheimer's Store took no responsibility for their product. Only once a dispute was issued with my credit card company regarding the charges, did The Alzheimer's Store provide a return label. Upon receiving the above reply from "the Business" it is clear to me that The Alzheimer's Store lies. They lied about the events, lied about their response & continues to assume no responsibility for their faulty product, and instead choose to lie further by blaming the customer.

    This review is for the Med Q pill dispenser that The Alzheimer’s Store is knowingly selling even though the item is faulty. The customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. They offered to replace the item but, after reading reviews (kicking myself for not reading them first), a lot of people are having the same issues. They will not refund you for this item, even though they have a YouTube video that says “Risk Free”. The instructions are pitiful and customer service will not email or call back with better instructions. I bought this pill box for my mom but can’t give it to her yet because the alarm goes off at times I didn’t set. There are no instructions for editing or deleting times and removing the batteries does not reset it! Read reviews of other pill boxes before you buy and make sure the instructions are easy and complete.

    The Alzheimer's Store only sells the best and highest quality products. This customer contacted us after receiving her medication dispenser claiming she was having difficulties programming it. She then changed her mind and claimed the item was defective, even though it was not. She was unfortunately not willing to follow the directions. We offered to send a replacement, but she denied that offer. Since the medication dispenser she had was used, we cannot offer a refund, only a replacement. We cannot risk refurbishing use medication dispensers for safety and health concerns, especially if someone else's medication was put into it. We hope that she understands and we feel we have done everything in the manner we pride ourselves in!
