    ************** was the property manager of ****************** ***************** in ****** **. I could fill volumes with his bad deeds and failures. In 2020, he was hired and entrusted to install vinyl siding on FFCA's 26 unit building. He carried no insurance and was not a licensed contractor. The siding was not installed to manufacturer's recommendations and he provided no warranty mandated by law. He installed the vinyl siding with absent care. There is ongoing stormwater infiltration at several locations. He chose not to install flashing around all 100 windows. He chose not to fully wrap the building with *****. He chose not to protect the exposed KD framing lumber behind 3 exterior stairs. There is mold, mildew, and wood destroying insects. The interior stairwells have a musty stench after rainfall. $115,000 is wasted as his failed siding installation cannot be salvaged. This has been confirmed by ***** **** Home Inspection and four siding contractors. Mr. Dec did a lot of harm to FFCA.
