    The issue is **** from Amerikool Mechanical Services Corp gave me a proposal to install a HVAC roof top system for a total sum of $14600.0 with an advance of $10300.0. The proposal was signed on May 14 2024. A check was given to ****. he cashed it on 15th May 2024. Copy of the cashed check is attached. He then kept saying via text or phone that he has ordered the equipment and would install it within the next two three weeks. Then he kept on delaying it and never did any work. Now he has stopped responding to any phone call or text message. I would like him to either do the work or return my money.
