    Brian C***** committed to replace existing rot on basement window frames. He said he would build 5 basement windows to be airtight and foam insulated on inside window frame to prevent cold from coming in.
    On September 21 2023 I had given Brian $400.00 cash to purchase materials. On September 25 2023 he had dropped materials off in my garage.
    On September 26 2023 he built first 2 windows and had sent me a text message with pictures of them (I was at work). That was my first concern. Brian then texted on Weds. September 27th asking if i liked the windows. I called him on that same day wanting to touch base with him and he did not answer. Brian then took it upon himself to just install the windows without my approval. I called September 28 2023, no answer. September 29 2023 he had texted sorry I missed your call yesterday I will be available all day. I Had called September 30 2023 and no answer.
    Sunday October 1 2023 Brian has texted "I was wondering if today would be a good day to discuss your concerns with the windows". I had replied "yes come on over"
    Brian had arrived and I had asked him what is wrong with this window? It didn't look right he had placed extra wood on the inside of the frame. He mentioned he needed something to screw the window to. I had mentioned to him that I wanted all existing rot replaced and he did not do that. One window sat right and the other was not straight. After looking at this he did not replace any of the existing rot that he agreed to replace in our original conversation.
    Brian then had to come back and replace the rot that he originally was supposed to. After this it looked fine.
    At one point he stated he should be charging me for this. I told him I was not giving him any more money
    Thursday October 12 2023 he had texted he was on his way (mind you I am at work). I had called when I got home from work and no answer.

    Hi,

    Actually I have had no contact with this woman since early November 2023. I provided 3 visits at no cost to the customer.  She has a dirt basement with rocks and has a water removal system. All 3 of those visits the customer stated she was happy with the service. The 3rd time I had her daughter present as well as a witness. According to her daughter she has bipolar disorder and mental health issues and takes her meds when she feels like it. On my last visit the customer insisted everything was the way she wanted and she signed a statement in writing that it was to her satisfaction. So this complaint should be removed. I would be happy to provise her statement of satisfaction.
