  Terrible Company ***resentative !!Im not sure about the actual work performance of the Company as a whole, because the job was never performed. The individual with whom I dealt, for an attic insulation job, has absolutely NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.I agreed to the price and left the paper with him on August 23, 2024. ** commented maybe around mid September. NOTHING occurred. On October 15 I called his office at 7:30 am. A pleasant gentleman answered. ** stated that the guy I had dealt with was on the phone and he would have him call me when he was off the phone..NO PHONECALL was ever made back to me. I then stopped by the business around the first week of November and spoke directly with my ***. ** stated how about next week is any day better than another?I responded that any day was fine. NOTHING OCCURRED. HE NEVER called and NO workers ever showed up that week. Having had enough of the lies and lack of any customer consideration since August, I called the Company on December 4th 2024. I spoke with a very nice lady. I asked her to give my *** a message that I am cancelling our agreement. I then explained all the details to her and asked her to pass them on to the ***.. *** said that she would.I have noticed comments from others who had similar experiences. I will, never again, attempt to do business with Energy Improvements of NH, LLC **********************, nor will I recommend them to anybody.

  Unfortunately, Energy Improvement disappointed me in a big way. Started looking for replacement window sash inserts September 2023. As of July 2024 still no window replacements for two of my windows spent $5700 on widows in 2006. Emails, phone calls just terrible results. Zero follow up. This seems to be their standard operating procedure not to follow up. Then they told me the replacement windows were lost in their warehouse sometime in January??? Called ****** direct with pictures, (that I did send to Energy Improvement) Got my replacement sashes in two weeks! Stupid me for relying on this company to follow through, but I wanted to see how it would play out. I would definitely try another company to get the windows because their replacement policy is nonexistent.I dont generally leave bad reviews for anyone, but this could not be ignored. Do not use them for any follow up questions or work. One would think a company in business this long would have high standards but they again terrible with follow through.

  Called multiple times to get a quote. Left messages with people, voicemail, etc. Not one return phone call. Business might be good enough for them not to bother, but the decency of a return call is minimum for anyone with customer service skills.

  Had a great experience with this company for my replacement windows. A father/son team were fast, professional and considerate of my home. They were extremely neat and timely. Will look to this company for any future work needed on my home.

  Construction team was great, professional, quick, and understood customer service. Final installation was wonderful, worth the money. Sales team is awful. After providing a down payment expect to have emails and calls repeatedly ignored, for months! I had to finally drive to their office to get an update on the status of my project. Another family member, whom I recommended this company to, before I experienced their sales team ignoring me, is now having the same problem. Sales simply ignores repeated emails. I made the staff at the office aware of this problem but, apparently, they still don't care. I cannot recommend them because of this.
