  BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a car from this dealership, I was told the payment was $650 and I stated that was too much, I was told if I made the first payment of $1200 that my payment would go down to $400. It did NOT! Brought the car back to get something cheaper and was told because we didn't have it a year there was nothing they could do. Got texts, emails etc to come back and refinance or trade. Went and spent the ENTIRE day there and was told that they could refinance it and the bank would contact me. No bank contacted me. I called several times with NO response to when I would be hearing from anyone and after a week of trying to get ahold of someone, I got an email stating that they couldn't make it work. I was told it was all DONE, and the bank would reach out to have me come in and sign. So, they lied to get me stuck in a payment that was NEVER going to change no matter what I paid for the first payment and lied that they worked it out after a year of struggling with this payment and said I was approved for 8% financing which was another lie. This was going to bring my payment down to what I could afford. These people don't care what they get you in or how much the payment is as long as they get a sale. If you agree with the initial payment because they lie and say it will go down if you pay a certain amount for the first payment. They don't care that they lie to your face knowing FULL well that this is NOT a possibility. They are NOT the bank that is financing you, they can't promise that, but they do and just did to a poor woman when I was there the other day trying to refinance. They should be held accountable for the lies they tell to rope people in thinking they are getting some deal! Don't let this keep happening please! People are struggling enough for liars like this to completely set you up for failure. I don't know how they sleep! This business should be shut down! Salesperson was ****** and his dad every time! Manager is allowing this!

  What a nightmare, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, DO NOT BELIEVE THEY CAN AND WANT TO HELP YOU, THEY LIKE TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FALSE HOPE. My son drove a car for almost a month for them to call AND tell him he cant keep the car they made a mistake he has to bring it back and get a cheaper car. THEY LOVE TO PROMISE IN 6months u can trade it in lies lies all bull. Guarantor program scam they will run their credit 1000000 times as well as yours. Stay clear they do not care to help u they want your hard earned money for junk. They have people inspect and put a sticker on anything. I will never ever ever buy from Auto Sense Chichester or Salem. STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR. They sound good on the phone, employs look good in person but their practices are grimy and unlawful. I will be speaking with someone about that. Wasted so much time and didnt get no referral bonus.

  Straight up crooks ! They put my old plates on a car they sold me for $7000 when come to find out they would not put 10 day plates because the car is unsafe , uninspectable. I got stopped by police, car towed and they will not do anything about it!
