    I was extremely excited about finding a new nail salon after moving to the area but will absolutely be looking elsewhere after my experience last week.
    I contacted this business last Thursday and I was in on Sunday (4 days time since I had my manicure done). I noticed after leaving that my gel manicure had bubbled on certain nails. I tried reaching the salon via email after my mani started to get worse (I also sent pictures) and I did not receive a reply back. I called them thursday and they asked me to come in....inconvenient but I understand. When I got there, the owner of the salon proceeded to laugh at me when I told him I didnt have time to sit down again for them to redo my nails and proceeded to tell me over and over that i can just sit down and have them done again. I mentioned that I was very upset that they would not refund this and he proceeded to tell me its their "policy" to not refund anything. Their policy does not state this anywhere which I would consider to be a deceptive business practice.
    I am humiliated that I was laughed at for having a valid concern. The owner is completely unprofessional.
