      I hired **** and his company to put an addition on my house, it took about a year to get the blueprints and I put half down ($35,000) now I can't get him to schedule the work.

      Hired ProWarrior for home porch renovation in November 2023. Promised a July/August. start date with last conversation in June. Unable to reach him since. Numerous calls, text messages and email have been sent. I have sent email requesting my $20,000 deposit be returned.

      I emailed you yesterday with an update but yesterday the police were able to get in touch with the owner and he plans to do our project starting June 12. If they do not show up I was advise to go back to the police. I just wanted to update you as we are planning to move forward with the project as of now.

      No lawsuit has been filed at this time. I do have a lawyer working to prepare a superior court filing should this complaint process not be able to resolve the matter timely with a refund.  avoid further expensive legal action and seek an immediate return of my deposit funds.
