    I did a ride with ABB years ago and it was a good experience.
    But now I'm in the same situation as previous commenters: have made deposit, but chose to defer from 2022 to 2023 due to Omicron.
    Since then: no response to phone calls and emails. I'm still hoping to get a response.
    In the meantime, does anyone know what happened to 2022 rides? According to their web site, some of them were supposed to have gone ahead.

    I have had the same experience as ******. Shameful! No response/communication and they still have my $500 deposit.

    I sent a $500 deposit in early 2021 for a cross country tour that was scheduled to start in late June. Unfortunately the tour was canceled due to Covid concerns but the company held my deposit for the rescheduled tour in 2022 (and also offered a 10% discount on the full cost of the 2022 tour). Since then they haven’t returned both my phone messages and emails. Obviously there was no tour this year but they still have my deposit. I believe a senior executive of the company passed away which I feel sorry about but, their refusal to respond and explain their current circumstances is frustrating and wrong.
