    I purchased a new Husqvarna 120i electric chainsaw from 3 Lakes Landscaping on 11/7/2023. They gave me the wrong charger. I called them the next morning when I realized this and asked them if they could send the correct charger with a return label and I would send it back to them. Over one month later now and I have not even had a returned call from them as I have been calling ever week minus Thanksgiving week. Please help me resolve this issue. I would like to use my $280 chainsaw I've had for over a month and never used. Thank you. ******* * ***********

    This problem was taken care of.  We had issues with our distributor continuously sending the wrong charger.  We finally got the correct charger to him.  We have also sent him ups returning mailing with boxes for him to send us back the wrong chargers.  I hope this information helps.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: 

    As of today, March 28th 2023, I have not received the correct charger, nor heard from 3 Lakes Landscape as to when they shipped the correct charger. As stated, when I originally purchased the electric chainsaw I was given a charger that was incorrect.  After I filed a complaint with the BBB, they sent me the same incorrect charger. Upon receipt of the incorrect charger I called 3 Lakes Landscape and informed them. I was told that the correct charger, (although on backorder) was in fact ordered from their vendor and I should see it by mid-February. Now, encroaching on almost 5 months, I still have yet to use my saw. I also have not been sent the return labels for the two chargers I was incorrectly sold and sent.

    Business considers package return a loss - they have record of sending return slips twice and have not received a the charger back from the customer.
