    ROMI was recommended by my contractor to spearhead the plumbing for a major condo renovation. I paid several thousand dollars, on time, while **** worked on my new home, keeping up with their invoicing. However, now that I've moved in I've noticed several things are wrong: The master bath shower water k*** wouldn't go to the hot position, the master toilet was off its base, I had a leak in my master sink, they gauged my new wood floor moving the fridge into position (and didn't clean the floor underneath as I'd asked them to prior to installing the fridge to prevent scratching - my ********* fixed the scratches to the wood floor, which resulted in additional fees on my end.) Most recently, my new dishwasher leaked after its first use, but I didn't realize it had done so until almost 24 hours later. The leak resulted in significant damage to one of my brand new cabinets.****, the owner, has not responded to my requests that he address the leaks, sent both via voicemail and text over several weeks. In reviewing Yelp reviews, I see the only two people who have weighed in on ROMI's work have left them 1-star reviews (and would have provided them with a Zero rating if they had the chance). After these experiences, I'm of the same mind. I'm concerned that this company is allowed to operate as ****** lack of communication and professionalism, coupled with the apparent lack of skill of at least one of his employees, appear to leave unsuspecting NH residents in a vulnerable position.
