    Bradley y**** was contracted to repair
    Our chimneys in eliot me. It took about 5 months for him to finish at a cost of 19000 dollars. 6 months later one cap blew off in significant wind/rain storm. I called
    For him to fix it and could get no response for a few days and his vmail would
    Not accept messages. The website contact phone numner put me on permanent hold. I called another contractor who came that day and 2 weeks later and made needed repairs
    At my expense of course. The cost was 1800.00 Bradley finally did
    Call and said he would take care of it. When the new contractor did repair he noted that that neither chimney was secured with silicone nor bolts. I haven't heard from Bradley since I sent pics of his sloppy work and ask him to cover this expense. I read other BBB complaints similar to mine. DO NOT HIRE SEACOAST CHIMNEY- Bradley Y**** owner.

    This company refuses to communicate about our refund. Brad is incredibly unprofessional. He claimed they didn’t have record of our deposit payment, and when I sent proof of the payment confirmation, I get silence. This has been going on for over a year. Please don’t hire this company.

    Brad is a liar and scam artist. He takes advantage of those that are very nice. I really do not have one good thing to say. He completely screwed is, almost had our house burned down and could care less. Very scary business.

We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred regarding the deadline, as we were unaware of any specific timeframe that was crucial to you.



    We appreciate your acknowledgement that you were happy with the work we had completed thus far. We always strive to deliver high-quality results, and it's encouraging to know that you were satisfied with the progress made up until the rain delay.



    Regarding the financial aspect, we have a standard policy of requesting a 50% upfront payment before commencing any project. This policy ensures that both parties have a mutual commitment to the work. As agreed upon, we completed half of the job, which corresponds to the 50% payment we had received. Therefore, according to our understanding, there is no outstanding payment owed from either side.

    I had an excellent experience with Seacoast Chimney, when the team arrived, I was supper impressed with how well they managed the work area. I was very nervous with people working inside my home. I am now enjoying a great new wood stove! Thanks Brad!

    Seacoast Chimney is sadly a very unprofessional service. They install chimney liners upside down, put dampers in wrong so smoke pours back into your house, they pour concrete on your roof in freezing weather conditions with no accelerant to help prevent freezing, instead of getting a longer liner for the chimney they attempt to incorrectly and unsafely "splice" two liners together. Reaching Bradley is a nightmare due to his voicemail box being full. They are 3 times more expensive than every other company and provide less the satisfactory work. I would not recommend using them in fact run.
