I ordered a paper on 5-29-24 and paid extra to have it delivered within 24 hours. I received the initial paper requesting my approval; this paper had spelling errors and inconsistencies that pointed directly to AI usage. I ran the paper through 5 different AI detectors, and each reported high levels of AI usage. Extremely poor paper delivered with issues like a sentence starting with His instead of the correct word This. (This is the actual sentence that Speedypaper used: His essay argues that while technology has significantly enhanced various aspects of our lives, it also poses substantial challenges that society must address.)After days of revisions in which several revisions were sent some revisions, only a few words were changed in a 4-5 paper essay. Each version was worse than the original, I missed my deadline. Also, my 24-hour deadline was changed secretly by Speedypaper as they made revisions so that, in the end, they could claim they made the deadline. That is fraud. Finally requesting a refund, I was offered cheaper prices for future services, which I declined. They gave me a 20 % discount, which I have since disputed with my credit card company for a full refund. Speedypaper uses chatbots to do everything.Business Response

I submitted the instructions before my purchase and was given a price of $28.80 in which I paid but then later they requested more money which I refused and I then requested a refund that I never received. I completed my the instructions myself and resent it to the merchant and they still didnt try to accommodate me with the error that they claimed happened on their end. I ordered a 12 page master’s degree level paper which was to be due on Saturday December 30th. I sent the paper for revision 5 times and the writer did not make changes to the paper. I provided the rubric, case scenario, and example paper and they did not follow instructions. The writing was not of a master’s degree level as indicated when I requested the paper. I cannot use this paper as it does not meet the needs of the rubric. Their website states a full refund is not satisfied. I paid $26.40 order # ******* on 12/09/23 for a service that wasn’t what I requested which was a paper and in result I wasn’t granted a refund. I called and emailed my complaints and requested my money back I wasn’t provided the service I inquired about and this isn’t the only issue on 12/8/23 I paid $46.00 on order #******* and the paper wasn’t suitable and I requested a refund by email and by calling customer service in which I spoke with a manager who ask me if they could redo it and I stated no because it was pass due.

10/1/2022 I paid $86.79 for a two page college level paper to be written within 6hrs. I provided all necessary information and specifications on how to write the paper and what was to be included in the paper. When I received and reviewed the paper the next day (10/02/2022) the grammar was so poor it was below even high school level. I did not accept the paper and sent it for a revision. It came back still missing parts that I specified needed added and still had major grammatical errors. The second revision was received on 10/03/2022, On 10/05/2022 I begin the argument with the company about giving them another chance to rewrite it, I explain many times it’s been 4 days since the order and I cannot wait 12hrs for someone to rewrite it again. They proceed to hire someone else to rewrite it and then it still has issues. I never approved a final version of the paper. They are claiming policy prevents them from giving a refund, but out of the goodness of her heart she’d give me 40% even though I cannot find any policy stating that. The policy I found says it is decided on on a case by case basis.
So I paid almost $90 for a college level paper to be done in under a day and I did not receive a paper of the level I was promised, nor was it within the time limit I paid for. I would like a full refund for wasting almost two weeks of my time and never delivering what they promised.
They also have taken forever with the communication process and claim I cannot speak to anyone other than “Ellen” the dispute manager.Business Response
