3/2024 we had a tree fall on our home during an ice storm. Our insurer recommended Insurcomm. We didnt believe there was any urgent repair needed. A few days later, once the weather warmed up, we found out we had holes in our roof when water started coming through our ceiling. Insurcomm came for mitigation. We opted to use Insurcomm for the whole project since they were recommended by our insurance company. Insurcomm assured us that they would help take care of everything. In April Insurcomm came out to put paper all over our floors & tore down our ceiling to get ready for repair work. We waited for them to come back to complete the repairs. We called & left messages. May & **** passed with no work being done. In the meantime, we had paper on our floors & plastic on our ceiling. We struggled to keep our house warm because the heat was escaping through the open ceiling. During rain storms it was so loud from rain hitting the tarps on the roof & then dripping onto the plastic draping on our ceiling. We had water that pooled in the ******************* that found their way in. The weather got warm & our home wouldnt stay cool because the cool air was going out through the open ceiling & roof. As someone with ******************* this caused huge problems for me. I had to seek emergency treatment for asthma attacks twice (prior to that it had been 5+ years since my last attack). In **** someone from Insurcomm called to schedule an appointment for July 1st. That came & went. No one showed up. No one called. I called & left a message. I sent emails & got no response. On 7/12, I sent a final email letting Insurcomm know that I was finding a different company to work with. We were now 3+ months since the *********** needed the work done. I was able to find someone to do the ************** completed the work in August. It took the new person 4 days to complete the work that we had been waiting for almost 5 months to get done.

A tree fell on our roof 12/23/22 Insurcomm was on the scene unrequested within the hour as we grabbed some clothes and scrambled to find a dog friendly hotel room. They explained they had all the builders and sub contractors to do their repairs and the project managers do get the job done and get us back in our house. they hauled away all of our belongings and furniture to be stored by them at our expense. As of 11/30/2024 we are not back in our house and there is no realistic idea that we will be anytime soon. Our 1st PM took $700 from us personally to draw up the plans to submit to the building inspector which they never did, pocketed the money and suggested that we pay ourselves back out of the insurance settlement as a solution and alleged that her supervisors agreed that was a good idea as well. They then gutted the house while leaving it open to the elements completely (to this day) our appliances out in the driveway uncovered in the winter in addition their "wrap up and tarp crew" leaving holes that allowed rain and then melting snow inside to the point it warped the wood floors. We are now on our 3rd project manager who doesn't return our emails, texts or phone calls AND AFTER 2 YEARS HAS BEEN UNABLE TO SUBMIT A BUDGET. Our current PM actively avoids speaking to us he was making a on site visit saw me working in the yard cleaning up construction debris and he drove by rather than speak to me!! Then he told us he did it as if it was an amusing anecdote that we would enjoy? WE PAY HIM $150.00 an hour for that. Our housing stipend from insurance ran out a year ago so we have been paying high rent on top of our mortgage for a studio apt with no kitchen and are drowning. I don't have enough space here to outline the full extent of their malfeasance, unprofessionalism and disrespect for their clients. According to local contractors and yelp this is a pattern If anyone from Insurcomm would like to refute any of the claims I've made here, I am here for it.

Sustained water damage to Condo. Insurcomm was a recommended vendor by my insurance company. They have been responsible for damage assessment, demo of damaged area, preparation of the estimate for the insurance company adjuster and project manager for the reconstruction. I have had a very positive experience with Insurcomm as the reconstruction is almost complete. Has been easy from the point of a one stop company for all the phases. Would use them again.

My office was severely damaged by a drunk driver causing me to close my business for more than two months. Tom S. with Insurcomm was very helpful and kept me informed all through the process. He delivered what he promised and on the time line he stated. It was very frustrating that the time line was so lenghthy. Coordinating with the several insurance companies took quite a while to get repairs completed. I know that dealing with and wanting insurance companies to part with money is difficult, but it seemed that my insurance company and Insurcomm are the better choices.
As for the initial meeting and Insurcomm's cleaning and care for my property, I have nothing but positive things to say. The workers did a great job cleaning up the mess and taking care of and storing undamaged property.
I hope I never need this type of service again as it is emotionally draining, but if i did, I would not hesitate to call 'Tom from Insurcomm' again. He made the process go as good as it could go.!!

We had a flood that impacted three units in a condo. Insurcomm started demolition and had the place gutted without getting a building permit first. As a result, the HOA got charged double for applying. They didn't care. They said it's just another line item on the insurance claim. Also, they never provided me with an estimate or any cost information. I told them not to do anything that would not be covered by the HOA insurance. They sent me a bill for $7500. They claimed they stored my goods but all of my furniture and appliances were not kept. I had a few boxes of clothes and kitchen goods that we packed. I was told by one employee this is covered by the master policy. Now they're coming after me for it and the items are not even worth 1/10th of the amount they're charging. They also never inventoried my things so they have no clue what they have of mine. Also, I had 4 televisions in perfect working condition. They told me I could not take them. They had to be destroyed. Same with the furniture. Next thing I know, their staff is taking the furniture. I''m happy it got recycled but they told me everything had to be destroyed. Make sure you check what they're charging your insurance company. Now that I see the other bad reviews I am so mad that our HOA hired them and they haven't even started construction. I just got notified that they are taking me to small claims court. Not getting a building permit and not providing COIs when requested is not a small claim. I was hoping others who had a bad experience would help me out.

I hear a lot of “wow” we do everything.
Customers are our focus. The real truth it is the money not the customer.
And how do I Know?? Anxious to have sign off to do it all. Had a fire . They did a $1800. tarp job on the salvageable.
Leaked No poured in from day 1. Have plenty of pictures/ videos for proof.
More to come so be careful
