    Stylist was watched and trained in person by Lisa M******** has the hair she was trained on and have the hair I ordered from Sassy Chic Extensions; the hair she trained with vs the hair I was given in the order isn’t the same, there are two-three other separate witnesses that can attest to this hair. Went to a different salon to see if there was any chance of fixing my hair and was told no and that this hair ISN’T 100% Brazilian remy hair as you’re promised when you purchase the product. They’re thin, you can see straight through them, they don’t hold any curl, had a weird smell and texture after being curled, washed and dried. Also, large amounts of hair was shedding before even putting it in.

    Her training wasn’t adequate, the hair that she’s selling and has sold isn’t even 100% real, it’s a mix between real and synthetic. You’re promised that if you purchase a certain amount you get a discount, and you can purchase next day shipping, I didn’t get that even though I paid for it. The tools she gave the stylists weren’t even trustworthy, they were hard to use and manage, the paint on the pliers were coming off and had to use full force to close them. Then when I got my extensions out? The beads wouldn’t open. Lisa M******* told the stylists to glue the ends to your head that might poke out? It stuck to my baby hairs, and it hurt, a lot. The other stylists that took my extensions are surprised she hasn’t lost her company because of the tactics she taught these stylists. It’s dangerous.

    I’m asking for a full refund. You can’t charge someone $950 dollars for hair off of WISH or Amazon and expect even a master stylist to make it work. Extensions are a luxury service, but these weren’t even close to luxury. The way she treats her clients is also atrocious.

    Was purchased online, through the stylist because there was a promise of a “discount” if you bought so many through her brand ambassador stylists. Which, she then admitted to her stylist that there isn’t a discount in a one on one text with one of her brand ambassadors. :) I’ve included that picture again.
