    We just bought a stove from State Street Discount in *************. The sale person was fine . However, the after sale treatment was not. We were told it would be delivered Saturday and that we would be notified by 2 pm Friday about delivery time. At 3:30 we got a text saying delivery would be between 4 and 7 pm. We needed to eat dinner and leave to go to a dance. We called the delivery company. The woman was quite snotty and said if we did not like that it would be delivered September 10th, three weeks away. We picked it up ourselves and won't use that store again.

    Bought a washing machine in 2019
    Still under warranty which I purchased
    Washing machine is giving drum trouble
    Called state street discount and no one is helping despite multiple phone calls and keep asking us to call a company
    They are giving us date for appraisal 6 weeks out !!
    Really , they expect us not to have a washer in house for 6 weeks plus
    Help if you can

    We do not have an invoice under your name for a washer and our system goes back quite far.
    We searched every possible way with your last name. We only found 2 microwaves in 2015 and one was returned. I did leave a voicemail at the number found on that invoice to try to help but haven't gotten a return call from you yet. If you called us as the complaint states, we would have simply given a 3rd party
    servicer to contact to be helpful since the unit would likely be out of manufacturer warranty. If there is an extended warranty still in effect, we would have given the phone number and contract number. The contract sent to the customer by the warranty company would explain how to obtain service directly as well.
    I did notice the email on this complaint and also sent an email to try to help.

    We did get an email from **** stating that it may be under a different name. ******* ********* We found the invoice and directed the customer via email on how to obtain
    service with phone number to the warranty company and contract numbers for the washer and dryer. Let me be clear that this is supposed to be done by the customer and they are sent contracts and information directly from this 3rd party warranty company. If we had the correct name given to us originally this would have been an easy situation.
