    Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I brought my daughter to get braces on and did not feel welcomed at all. The whole office atmosphere is very unfriendly. The experience was less than desirable and myself and daughter were very put off by the whole thing. My daughter also told me after we left that a 7yr old boy who was in the room with her was scared asking for his mom and the doc said “well your moms not coming back here” .. absolutely heartbreaking. Now I don’t know the full context of what happened because I was not allowed back there even though my minor child was getting her braces on, that’s another thing I did not like, but it just wasn’t a good vibe from the beginning. I posted on fb when I got home asking friends for recommendations for other places we could try instead. Others commented on my post sharing their stories about Watterworth office experiences. Comments were made about the staff that I guess they didn’t like after they looked at my Facebook post. I then received a call from Jennifer who was incredibly disrespectful and told me that because of my post they would no longer see my child. The audacity of this place is beyond belief. Stay away!! You’re welcome in advance. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wish I could give 0 stars.
