    Beware scammers--Aqua Paradise Pools & Spas. We called about the pool options, aqua charged $150 in advance for an evaluation visit and then disappeared:
    "$150.00 Merchant Name IN *AQUA PARADISE POOL Merchant CityMerchant StateNH Merchant CountryUSA Merchant Postal Code03801"
    The business owner (I guess it was him) came, talked about nothing, recommended the ********** *********** * **** ******* for the retaining wall. A woman with a broken leg came to see our yard, didn't even take a couple of steps, said 75K just for the wall and live fence.
    As we understand it, they work together to fool customers.
    We sent a letter to the office asking where the progress was, and get no answer.

    Hello fooled customer, my apologies for your poor experience with Aqua Paradise Pools. I am the individual that came & met with you/performed the site evaluation for a new swimming. I clearly remember meeting with you & discussing your potential options (moving the fire pit to install in that area or moving down the hill a bit), either circumstance would very likely create the need for a retaining wall, which we discussed. We then provided you with a list of potential contractors & a proposal for the pool installation. That is the last we've heard of it. You clearly received the information we sent as you mention the contractor we referred in your complaint. We did not receive the letter you sent. We are a 44 year old local company with an excellent reputation. I can assure there is no scamming here. Please let me know how I can help & I will personally see to it ASAP. Steve ###-###-####

    I called them because my hot tub was not heating up. They sent two guys out to check out my hot tub. When they left they said we think it’s the heater. So I waited two or three weeks and they came back and replaced the heater. My hot tub STILL was not getting up to temperature. So I called somebody else after spending almost $1000 with these guys, and after troubleshooting, the guy said that the control panel was bad. That it wasn’t giving a signal to the heater. When I called Aqua Paradise to tell them what had happened, they refused to acknowledge that their guys were probably wrong. The manager even went as far to tell me that he was 100% sure it was the heater. I said “you can’t even say that because you replaced the heater and it didn’t fix the problem.” And he said well your heater was 5 to 6 years old. Well that’s not the point. I spent almost $1000 with these guys, they didn’t fix the problem, and they refused to refund me any money. Not even For the labor for them coming out. I definitely don’t recommend these guys. Very dissatisfied with how they handled my issue.

    Hi *******, my apologies for the poor experience with our service department, I can assure you this is not typical. I have reviewed the details with Mark the service tech that worked on your tub. He has notes & recalls that upon arrival the control board in the unit was working properly/send voltage to the heater but the unit was not heating/the heater was faulty. Unfortunately shipment of parts has been taking longer than usual for the past couple of years. When Mark did replace the heater he did confirm voltage to the new unit & that it was producing heat. I'm not doubting that you had another company come & find another issue but that issue was not existing at the time of our service. I would be happy to discuss further if you would like.
