Unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience with this company. I purchased two packages, which cost me approximately $4,400.00, and I must say, that's the worst purchase I've ever made....horrible investment, which I feel extremely stupid for making. The ladies who I worked with were very nice and professional. However, the services did nothing for me. I'm not a huge fan of social media, so I really only use Instagram. I deactivated my Facebook five years ago, and I rarely use TikTok. It was suggested that I re-establish a Facebook account and LinkedIn. The young lady who worked with me did open a business Facebook account, which she applied Canva ads to on a regular basis, after the first month or so. The problem was, the account had zero followers, so no one saw those posts. I then began to establish a following through the personal Facebook account, which she said had to be created in order to establish a business account to connect it to. I had to share the ads from the business account, onto the personal account, for people to even see them. After about a month, I informed her that Facebook was useless and she agreed, but why not indicate that when asked what the best social media platforms were for promoting my book and business? The bottom-line is, I paid thousands of dollars for some Canva posts, and for my book to be added to a bunch of sites that no one has ever heard of. I'm so disappointed and saddened, because I really don't have money to just throw out of a window. Not to mention, during the first portion of the time I was receiving services, the young lady who was managing the social media accounts admitted that she dropped the ball on me, as she was not consistently posting per the contract. Toward the end, she finally began posting consistently, but it them seemed as though she was just throwing the ads out there, just to say that she did. The posts were great, but they did nothing for me, and were definitely NOT worth thousands of dollars.

First, $1000 of your fee was allocated to the Virtual Book Tour. As per our service page on our website, we include 10 websites/blogs as part of that tour. As you discussed with Monica, the tour coordinator, her goal was to end up with 10-15 participating blogs/websites showcasing your book. She was thrilled that we ended up with 24 book spotlights/your book posted on 24 websites. That's an over delivery of 14. To which you replied, on Aug 1, "I absolutely loooove it" after seeing Monica's spreadsheet with all the placements.

Secondly, we've audited the social media marketing manager's work and found the following: She had multiple calls with you, even unscheduled ones while on carline with waiting for her kids. She gave you marketing advice and tips on what you could do to get press, how to leverage your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more. She created a one-sheet—which is NOT part of what she's required to do for you— so that you could send it along with your pitches to press that would make you look GOOD. And, in the email where she sent you the one-sheet, she outlined, in bullet points, what you needed to make sure was in your pitch. This resulted in you getting your own press on a local station, and another placement that we know of. She also branded all of your accounts -- banners, headers, fonts, color palette, which isn't required. Furthermore, she sent you screenshots of the insights that showed EXCELLENT social media results, one had 8,800% increase in reach compared to other posts, your FB page had an increase of 5.9K% (that's five thousand percent), and your IG reach had an increase of 766.5%. Yes, you boosted some of your posts, per her suggestion, but these are GREAT results.

Toward the end of your agreement, because you were still so unhappy, and because your social media manager had regretfully fallen behind one week, we agreed to extend your posts for another month...AND made posts announcing your audio book release for you to post AFTER the agreement ended.

The bottom line here is that we went above and beyond for you, as we try to do for everyone. Ultimately, we can't force anyone to buy a book. Any marketing or advertising campaign will always come down to the salability of the product.
