    Joshua E***** I hope you see this. This was a long time coming and I will look for other avenues to discredit you.
    He did a shower for me and after I asked him to fix the leveling of some of the tiles he decided to ghost me after being paid. I gave up on him coming back to do the work. But he didn’t give me the warranty info that he made a big deal out of. I followed up with him several times to get the shower warranty information. After about a month of reaching out he acted like I was harassing him over something I was entitled to. 2 years later and I reached out again but this time to ask if he could get haze off my shower tiles and seal it for me as paid work of course. He didn’t realize it was me until I sent him photos of my shower. After promising me that he would put me on his schedule he ghosted me again! I am so over this guy. He calls himself a realtor but has no professionalism. I was nothing but patient and kind to him and this is how he treats customers. If you don’t do something correct the first time why get mad about it when a customer asks to fix it? This guy does not deserve any business. I highly doubt that he stands by his 10 year shower warranty. He can’t even respond to me over other matters.
