    I hired ****** to do a spring clean up on 5/11/24 (just before Mothers Day) and he canceled just a few days prior, which was too late for me to find anyone else to do the clean-up in time for guests arriving on Mothers Day. ****** asked to rescheduled the spring clean-up to Sunday, 5/19, I agreed, and then he didnt show up - didnt even have the common courtesy to call in advance to cancel. When he didnt show up on the 19th as scheduled, I called and texted, asking when he was arriving, as I was waiting for him to arrive before going out to do my errands. About an hour later I got a text from ****** saying it was too wet to do the cleanup and he was on another job. There had only been some light rain the day prior on the 18th and no rain at all on the 19th, so there was no reason that the spring cleanup couldnt have been done on the 19th as scheduled. Now I need to scramble to try to find a landscaper to do the spring cleanup before Memorial Day weekend. Dealing with ****** has been such a colossal waste of my time. Based on my experience I would have to say that ****** is completely unreliable and has demonstrated a total disregard and lack of consideration for me as a customer.
