    booked an appointment with this company and scheduled for 12/2/24. They made me give them a deposit of $160. They said they don't give a specific time and I understood that. I texted to check on arrival time late morning that day and was told, "sorry I was on vacation, my mistake, is Wednesday ok?" The problem is that I was having a visitor from out of the country and that's the day they were arriving so not only would it have been to late for what I needed, but I had to go to the airport anyway.When I said I couldn't do that day, they offered Tuesday. I couldn't do that day either and asked for a refund. I was told, "we don't do refunds," and all of a sudden they had time available that Monday afternoon. I had already gone in to work though because earlier they said they couldn't make it. So not only did I pay a deposit, but I also stayed home from work.I asked for an exception to the refund policy given the circumstances and they agreed. I thought that was great, but long story short, I still haven't received that money back and it's been a month and a half. They've also stopped responding to my texts after promising multiple times that the refund would be "in a few days."

    Just to answer your questions. No, I have not heard from the company and the issue is therefore also not resolved
