    Repeated letter and voicemails saying I owe $225, to which I do not and can prove I do not. Jokes on these clowns, I keep copies of everything. They wouldnt reply to my VMs and after WEEKS of struggling to get ahold of them, I was told I better pay it now, also had the last 4 of my SSN told to me, despite NEVER VERIFYING WHO I AM. I asked for an itemized bill, which Im entitled to by law, and was told were not going to do that and called an a.shole. After some more colorful conversation and threats made towards me, I was hung up on. Marcam, if youre reading this, stop being a bunch of silly goobers. Its under $500, if you were respectful and itemized it, I would pay. Instead, you only wanted to insult me. So yea, SMD and gag on it, Ill just dispute it.

    I have no idea who these people are, but since the day my phone got turned on they have been calling me every couple days, I've called them back to try and figure out why they are calling me, but since they never say who they are trying to get a hold of they say they can't help me.

    I paid my provider directly my deductible. Both PHP and Goldenrule never authorized you to have this information or take over this "bill" that isnt even owed, so how did you receive my protected health information? How are you violating HIPAA rights for false claims with no signed release from any of us? This will be followed up with a complaint to governing bodies. Blocked them on one number and put on do not call yet they still call.

    These guys call my phone 10-15 times a day via automated calls. They fill up my voice mail, it pisses me off. $29.00 and I just got the bill. GET A LIFE!

    Repeated calls, sometimes 8-10 a day from different numbers by either Richard or Mia. They do not honor cease and desist requests to stop calling. Very harassing and intimation. I have over 75 calls recorded in a 60 day (work week) period minus weekends. They violate all FDCA laws and violate CFPB. next step lawsuit.

    I keep getting calls from them and am being harassed. The company has several different numbers from all over the place. I have blocked their number but still keep getting voicemails sent to the blocked calls on my phone since they used multiple different numbers!

    If the consumer could please call us and request to be placed on our DNC list, or provide the phone number, the calls will cease. We are unable to verify the consumer via this review to place the phone number on our DNC list. There has never been any prior requests to cease calling until this review.

    They harass . Calling 3-4 times a week. They increased the amount of payment and when I addressed this they argued they were charging the correct amount( not true). I told them an accredited collection agency was contacting me and this was also a workers comp claim. Today I received a call from them through a spoofed number! What kind of accredited company does these things??? Be cautious before you pay them anything!’

    Phone number ending in **** has been placed on our DNC (do not call) list. We are waiting for worker comp information to bill out, it has not been provided as of 3/10/2023.
