    Absolutely do not get. 0/10 stars. Cant change a password over 7 hours trying, suddenly not on any price for life plan they supposedly had when I signed up. Absolute trash, do not get. Cannot resolve any problems including lines down in your yard

    I have been having trouble with this company for months. my internet goes out every month. They had to come out for a service call changed the pods out for a modem. The tech nor the company said what to do with the old equipment. I had to call them to get a label to return the equipment. Once I returned the equipment. I started getting emails and text to return the equipment. I called them and they verified they had the returned equipment. Within the email and text they was saying they was gonna charge me $447.00. I told them Im a single parent and cant afford that to be debited out my account. They assured me they corrected the problem. So the next month my bank blocked my debit card because fraud charges from this company for the $447. I spoke to the company and AGAIN they said they have the equipment and they will fix the account. So I thought it was fixed. Saturday night my internet was suspended because of non payment. I tired to pay my bill and couldn't. Come to find out my bank blocked my card AGAIN for the fraud charge of $****** I called the Sunday morning to see why they trying to charge my account for that large amount when my bill is only $40. So I used my *********** card to pay my bill and can you believe the payment for 40 turned out to be charged $447. The lady on the phone had me on hold i kept saying hello. she was silent for about 115 minutes. So I called from my daughter phone as soon as I entered my phone number she hung up on her end. so I had to pay the additional 40 to get it restored. So now im waiting on a credit back on my credit card for the 447 for the equipment that has been returned 2 months ago. This company is the most incompact I ever dealt with in life. They all read from a script and it could be 10pm at night they will say a manager is in a meeting. I had the most HORRIBLE experience with them.

    Terrible customer service and internet service not as advertised. Paid for 2 GIg for life. First ********** installed wrong device. 2nd ********** changed but we are only getting 40 to 700 megabytes upload. Technician scheduled for Saturday 11/16/2024 3:30-6pm. He shows up 4 hours early and left as he got no response. This account is for a **************************************************************************** a knock. Im her daughter and care giver who schedule to be there in the afternoon but not 4 hours before the appointed times. Called support was on the phone for over an hour and finally she was looking at re-scheduling for 11/19 while I was on account online and saw a 1pm 11/16 so I booked. I Got a confirmation by text. Then received the next Text around 3pm saying running late and would notify when on their way. Well next text 5:25pm says he is here. Went to door no one to be found. Went online says appointment in progress. Called support again. Half an hour with support and told tech never got it on his schedule but I got the texts that says differently. Told to call in a couple days to reschedule. Im ready to cancel and go with another but they all have issues.

    The only plan they have offered since we signed up is the "Price for Life" plan, they just increased our price and claimed we didn't have the "Price for Life" plan.

    This company has terrible appointment scheduling that they will push back in their own accord meaning whatever date you want to start services they will push the day back and not tell you until the day of installation. This company further starts out appointments 2 weeks in advance so you wait 2 weeks then the day comes and they tell you they don’t have technicians so now you have to wait even longer for the services you already paid for. This company is more than likely a scam product that advertises a merging with centurylink!

    They charge $65/mo for symmetrical upload and download of about 1 gig. My only small complaint is that i can’t get a higher speed. Great uptime performance and when a storm took out my optic fiber line they repaired it quickly.
