      On September 14th I took over $500 worth of brand new clothing to Cleary Cleaners on Loudon Road in Concord NH. A very young employee without any supervision took my clothing and provided a receipt - and did not go into any other details, simply said goodbye.

      I was informed later that day that Cleary Cleaners sent my brand new clothing to be treated with starch - WITHOUT me asking and WITHOUT confirming with me. Based on notes from ONE shirt they previously treated months ago, they took it upon themselves to have all of my new items treated the same way and DID NOT confirm any of this with me.

      Furthermore and the biggest focus of this complaint - They destroyed my clothing upon sending it to the dry cleaner. Flat front pants were incorrectly stamped with pleating and were destroyed instantly - leaving me to go purchase another outfit at the last-minute.

      I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $100 they charged for these services in addition to an $80 reimbursement for the brand new pants they destroyed and a $60 reimbursement on shirts improperly treated with starch.

      A manager named Amanda has stopped communicating with me regarding any solutions and I need help being made whole.

      This complaint was emailed to the wrong email address, therefore we did not receive it.  When we did receive it, I was going out of town and when I returned my mother went into the hospital and passed away suddenly.  I am respectfully asking for this claim to be re-opened and extended to complete.   This customer has already received reimbursement for the cleaning charge of his pants.  See CC Refund attached.  He never requested anything else at that time.  Please see the text message to our manager asking if she had everything she needed to complete the refund.  There was no mention of anything else other reimbursement because none of his other garments were ruined in the least.  I am willing to reimburse for the one pair of pants and nothing else.

      Please advise.

      I paid for 3 pieces of clothing to be cleaned. They did not do the service in which I have paid for. They refused to give me my clothing back unless I paid them. Services were not rendered they did not do what they were supposed to be paid to do. They are completely rude and would not give a refund or anything to rectify the situation.

      This customer dropped off on a 3 pc Gui on 9/18 to have emblems put on and to be dry cleaned.   The dry cleaning was rushed and there was a note from our production facility requesting more time for stain removal.  This was explained to the customer and the customer was offered a "redo" free of charge, but refused and departed the store.  We have had no contact with the customer other than him reaching out to the BBB.  As stated, when he picked up, we are more than willing to treat the stains and re-clean free of charge.  It will require an extra day so they can soak in a stain bath since the garments are all white.
