    On Sunday, June 23rd I used the Jiffy Lube on *************** in *********, ** to have my rear brakes done as well as have my oil changed. While the car was in for service, the employee called to tell me that he had broken my caliper during the brake change but that it was not his fault. I did not make a big deal and paid my bill when the car was ready. Three days later when driving to my destination (with my small child in the car) my vehicle seized and broke down on the side of the busiest highway in ******. A police officer helped as did a gentleman from a tow company who was there with the police and I was told I was out of coolant and brake fluid which was missed when my oil change and brakes were done. Once at a location to get help fixing my overheated car, they used a code reader which also stated that to be true, added the fluids and I went on my way. Getting home, the same issue began happening and upon return got it to my dealership, was told what happened which directly correlates to this. I was stranded on a highway in extreme heat with my child for 5+ hours in total. I contacted corporate and the local district manager contacted me and was aggressive shouting over me trying to talk to him stating that he was a mechanic. So, they broke my caliper, then were neglectful to replace or flush the brake fluid, changed oil but did not check fluids, and refuse to take ownership of anything even though my car broke and I now have an incurred cost of $1700 when it should have been $400. The extra hardship to the car also caused my fans to fail. The location is taking complete advantage of me and put me AND my child in an awful and unsafe situation let alone a huge bill. Completely unreal, aggressive, and unsafe.

    Date: 3/21/24 Work Order 6585 Invoice ****** I drove in, they asked what I needed, I said an oil change, they asked me to wait in the lobby. The guy came out and told me that it was $120 - I said I didn't know it was that much, and no thanks. They told me they had already drained my oil and i had to pay. Prices were not disclosed prior to services being rendered.
