    I used this auctioneer to auction tomorrow off items in my home in the fall of 2022 as I was moving into assisted living. She had a number of online auctions with my items the last auction was to the best of my knowledge in November of 2022. I have not received all the money from the auctions and it's soon going to be may 2023

    MRS, ****** HAS BEEN PAID FOR THE ITEMS WE SOLD FOR HER AT AUCTION. SHE RECEIVED A ITEMIZED LIST OF THE ITEMS THAT DID SELL AS WELL AS THE AMOUNT THEY SOLD FOR WITH THE CHECKS FOR THE AUCTIONS HER ITEMS SOLD IN. UNFORTUNATLEY, SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE AMOUNT THE ITEMS SOLD FOR. WHEN WE MET HER SHE SHOWED US THE ITEMS TO BE SOLD. THE DAY WE PICKED UP WE MET WITH HER SON AND HE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AS WELL AS THE INVENTORY SHEET.ON HER BEHALF. HE ALSO RECEIVED A COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND INVENTORY SHEET. HE ASKED THAT ALL UNSOLD ITEMS BE DONATED. THE ITEMS WE PICKED UP HAD ALREADY  BEEN PACKED,  UNFORTUNATELY MOST OF THE ITEMS SHE SHOWED US AND WERE WORTH MONEY WERE NOT IN WHAT WE PICKED UP. THIS INCLUDES THE PYREX, MOST OF THE FIGURINES WHERE BROKEN AND A LOT OF THE KITCHEN WEAR WAS COVERED IN THICK HOUSEHOLD GREASE, MAKING THE ITEMS NOT SELLABLE. I HAVEN'T SPOKEN TO MRS, ****** SINCE THE FIRST MEETING. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WIITH HER GRANDDAUGHTER VERONICA AND  I EXPLAINED THAT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ITEMS THAT WOULD MAKE HER GRANDMOTHER ANY MONEY AND THAT HALF OF THE ITEMS WE PICKED UP WERE  BROKEN. SHE SAID SHE WASN'T SURPRISED THAT HER UNCLE AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS PACKED EVERYTHING. SHE ALSO STATED THAT HER UNCLE TOLD HER GRANDMOTHER, THAT THE STUFF WAS JUNK AND IT SHOULD GO TO THE DUMP. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANY FURTHER INFORMATION IS NEED TO SETTLE THIS MATTER.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:my granddaughter was told in early January that there was one more check owed to me.   She spent time on the phone with the owner to go though everything in detail and she was told that there was still one last check owed to me.   I have never received this.   Also the owner has neglected to tell you that the first auction my items were in her employee misscomposed numbers and she had to go back and audit everything.  How am I supposed to trust a business that has something like this happen.  Someone should go in and audit all her auctions sbd books.  I'm still owed 1 more check and she is well aware of this
