      Over a month ago, I had one of their service technicians come to my residence for a heating upgrade and some repairs. The technician told me what needed service. But also told me how I should be living my life and how I should be arranging my furniture. When I told the young fella that he was there to make my home warmer and to take my money, and not give me remodeling advice, he gave me a great deal of attitude in return and pretty much throughout the entire time. Right from the start his demeanor was more that I was inconveniencing him just to have had him there. I guess if he does not like his job, maybe he should choose a different profession. I will find another company that will be more professional.

      Beware. I called Eastern Propane because we have been a customer for two years. We needed to get a line installed and hooked up from our stove in kitchen to the livingroom about 30 feet. We were given an estimate of 729.00 thinking this is a great price by a reputable company we agreed on the job. Got no further
      estimates. The installer came out looked at the job, we were set to go. The install went well as to be expected in these times. After the install We did our part. Called the town inspector he came out. We did that whole thing. We received a bill for 881.61. Thinking estimates are estimates 150.00 over is alittle high, but not going to complain. So I called to pay my balance before the due date and was told my total was 1184.03, what! 454.00 higher then the estimated price. They explained after they ran the line they have to come back and actually hook up the propane. And that is what the 304.00 is for. I said that was supposed be included in the original estimate. She said it was, but estimates are only estimates. I guess it is Eastern Propane policy to low ball estimates to get your business and then after the install bill you as they please. BEWARE!!!!
