    I have a 1997 ROKON. Over the many years I’ve had it I have had many, many problems with its functionality. ROKON “service” employees have been all but completely unhelpful and nonchalant in my down plus interactions with them. They are too busy, “away from the computer “ on a cell phone , don’t answer, or worst of all just simply don’t care. They refuse to personally assist customers in purchasing the correct parts for the many iterations of bikes over the years ( Honda, Kohler, etc) . I have often bought the wrong parts because I’m forced to use only their sub par website. I pay premium prices for shipping and then the parts don’t match. There are no authorized service providers for ROKON they say, but there are manuals to download. They suggest tinkering yourself or finding “someone who works on lawn equipment “. The problem is that no small engine shop or motorcycle shop will touch it due to insurance restrictions. My bike is only 26 years old at this time but they “ don’t carry old parts” anymore. It’s been nothing but frustration in dealing with them. The employees are disinterested and aloof. Smug in their responses , they know I have no recourse and I HATE that. I do not ever recommend anyone else buy a ROKON because they are not as indestructible as they are marketed to be and you will have nothing but trouble in dealing with this company when you actually need help.
