      I am writing about my experience with Alrich Cabinetry and their designer Tom C******* located in New Hampshire. It has been less then satisfactory, from the mis measure of one side of the kitchen, to wrong cabinet sizes being sent, to multiple warped boxes and shelves; and door and draw fronts, end pieces and island sides not being sanded prior to painting all needing to be sent back and refinished. To issues with an install, that I paid for, done by C********* installers where they installed warped cabinets and used two different size pieces on the sides of refrigerator so bottom of fridge did not fit and upper cabinet next to fridge literally does not close due to warped boxes they installed, as well as trim was not here for them to install so had to pay someone else again to do trim. Yes the contractor’s subs were not good but the contractor literally refused to do anymore work until Alrich corrected all their errors, as every time he sent some one to work there would be another issue with the cabinets and another delay. To date Alrich has done nothing to fix their mistakes, and even told me to cut my own shelves as they forgot the shelves for one of the cabinets that had to be replaced and came without shelves. I know that on another review similar to mine Alrich Cabinetry owners called the customer a liar. Well not only am I not lying I have available pictures, videos, as well as text and email threads available for anyone to see.
