      I have been to Canobie Lake many times over the years, paid dearly for tickets, waited through horrendous lines & was lucky to get on only 6 rides! I won tickets from WROR on July 16th, my birthday. I attempted to go on July 25th but they were closed. I called on July 26th, spoke with Becky, then Jonathan and Tony (on Friday, October 14th). They said I would have no trouble using the tickets, even though they expired September 5. My husband, 2 daughters and I drove through 1 hr & 15 mins traffic October 15th. I was turned away by Tyler, the Guest Services Manager, when I presented my tickets because they were expired. I explained I had spoken with Becky, Jonathan and Tony. He said if I wanted I could "purchase tickets for tomorrow" if they had any, kept saying "the tickets expired" & refused to let us in or contact Jonathan. He turned four people away, taking 3 hours round-trip drive and half a tank of gas to be turned away. I then paid $80 and went to my steadfast, ******* **** where they’re always kind, nice and we always have a great time. By the time we got their it was 5:30, all exhibits were closed, except for the Corn Maze. I can never recover the 3 hours, cost of gas and ******** **** for that day. However, although this is not the memory that originated as excited expectation that we all planned for this family day, we had a spectacular time. I left messages for Ryan D******, he never called. A week to the day, Oct 22, I called. Jonathan said Ryan D****** told him to tell me he would not speak to me and their answer would not change. Please remember this story before taking the time to drive to Canobie Lake and giving them your hard earned money$$$, they are greedy capitalists' who should not be Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I should have read all the reviews!!!

      I went to canobie Asked the customer service for the passes for disability, I called prior to going to asked what proof should I bring in they said nothing and I didn't have to explain either. So when I got there a young kid said "this is not a flash pass very rudely" I said ok thanks. Then he felt the need to repeat this again and hesitated to even give us the bands. Then we went to plane ride a worker was super inappropriate kept saying how she couldn't wait to leave she sick of people today , these kids don't listen , held up the ride and kept talking bad about the kids I can't understand why someone like that even works their for our kids to listen to this. I called customer service spoke to a supervisor he said ok ill speak to them I don't feel he really cared or tried to make it right I spent over 450 with tickets and money spent . With customer service treated me as if I was pulling a fast one , and this lady talking super inappropriate in front of kids, mind you we got a whole view of a workers butts on the dragon ride his whole pants were down boxers under his but and pants basically almost off!!!
