      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: 1. There was negative leverage and borderline threatening present in the emails from *** from cabinet outlet that has created fear for my husband and I.

      There has been false questions and false advertising. They have stated that a mitered edge was not given as an option because it was more money when that shouldve been my decision.

      Please see attachments of full communication.

      Sincerely,

      RE: Response to Rejection by Consumer

      To Whom It May Concern.
      First of all, each complaint and communication;
      Has been met with response within 3 business days
      To date, 3 doors have been replaced after installation
      In process of delivering 1 more scratched door, even though not owed
      Constant threats by Consumer to commit slander and online slander
      Consumer has mentioned listing emails and personal information of individuals, NOT THE COMPANY
      This is a company, Cabinet Outlet. Consumer is naming individuals and will lead to legal action by the individuals who mention individuals, directly or indirectly.
      In response to Consumers Rejection;
      This is not a threat, this is something that will be followed through with, and to all parties involved naming individuals names. Especially for financial gain.

      Company and all parties, reserve right to share this with authorities for the black mail and acceptance of goods after the black mail to commit or cause irreparable financial damage.
      Please show on record response to rejection as follows:
      Ignorance is not a defense and response that an option was not provided so financial compensation should be given is careless and irresponsible. This should not normal, as you know.

      Stating an option is not provided or they, in hind sight, wanted another option or something More or Additional after the installation or after the fact is NOT normal and is irregular.

      CHOICE OF MITERED EDGE V. CHOICE OF WATER FALL

      Water fall edge was chosen, paid for, and installed; that waterfall edge was chosen by visiting a showroom and seeing the Waterfall on display

      Mitered Edge was on display in the very showroom and never chosen.

      Choice of Mitered Edge was provided by visual as on display
      However no choice has to be provided to a consumer for them to ask for something or pay for something They can ask

      Regarding the subjective comments;

      A. This is erroneous complaint and is a manner in which to cause financial harm and complaint.
      Please have this as our final response to BBB
      C. We request you consider this matter

      This response can be used in legal action or pursuit by Company for damages if slander is committed.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 04/21/2025

      Complaint: 23158202
      This letter serves as a formal response to your recent communications, which have included a number of concerning and inappropriate claims and actions that must be addressed immediately and clearly.

      To begin, while your messages have referenced the involvement of legal counsel, no formal contact has been made by any such counsel. Unless and until I receive direct communication through proper legal channels, these statements appear to be intended solely to intimidate, and I request that you cease making such unfounded legal threats.

      More seriously, your actions in researching and referencing my employer and professional role in an attempt to use my job against me as leverage in this matter are deeply inappropriate and border on harassment. This conduct is unprofessional and intrusive. Should these actions continue or escalate, I will have no choice but to consider filing a police report to document and formally address this harassment.

      Additionally, your communications have included false and defamatory accusations, including the claim that I have attempted to blackmail your business. This is categorically false. If you are in possession of specific evidence to support such an allegation, I request that you present it. If you cannot, I expect an immediate retraction of this accusation.

      You have also stated that your standard response time is within three business days. If this were true, I would not have had to repeatedly follow up in order to receive any form of response. The failure to communicate within your own stated timeline is not only unprofessional but also contradictory to your claims.

      I also want to affirm that as a consumer, I am fully entitled to express dissatisfaction or raise concerns when service or clarity falls short. Exercising this right does not constitute slander, defamation, or damage to your business it is a reasonable and protected action.

      Furthermore, I deny your claim that I have ever referenced listings or personal information related to your business or its staff. This accusation is completely unfounded. I also reject the assertion that I have caused or threatened irreparable financial harm simply seeking clarification, resolution, or accountability does not equate to financial threat.

      Regarding the countertop and finish selections: all options presented to us were directed and limited by your recommended vendor, RDS. The waterfall edge was presented to us as an optional feature, which we opted into. However, at no point was a mitered edge offered or discussed as a potential choice. It was only when viewing showroom displays at RDS that we became aware of the existence of this option. As a consumer, I should not be expected to ask about choices I was never told existed. It is the duty of your business to clearly and thoroughly present all available options upfront.

      I expect all future communication to remain respectful, professional, and grounded in facts. Should defamatory remarks, intimidation, or harassment tied to my personal or professional life continue, I will explore all necessary legal avenues, including consultation with legal counsel and the filing of a police report if warranted.

      Lastly, after researching reviews and personally visiting multiple local stone suppliers, I was alarmed to discover a concerning pattern in your companys reputation. Multiple reviews detail instances where consumers had their personal information publicly referenced or used against them after disputes arose. My own experience now aligns with this disturbing trend. This raises serious concerns about the businesss practices and its treatment of customers.

      Sincerely,
      ***** ******
