  I was walking by my basement door and I heard what can only be described as if somebody was dumping a buckett water onto my basement floor. I went downstairs to find that all of my drains had water coming out of them. I shut my water main off and started snaking my drains but within about 25 minutes I realized this was a problem that I could not solve. After calling one 24-hour emergency Drain Cleaning company that did not answer their phone. I called A-List Drain's inc. and I'm SO GLAD I did. They quoted me a reasonable price and they said they'd be here within an hour. A-list Drains came a little early, which was a great plus for me. Their worker jumped right in and after taking off the main Drain Cover he sent the Boroscope / Camera down the main drain pipe. He then had me look at the clog on a color monitor screen and trust me, when I say it was clogged, it was clogged. Once he located the clog he grabbed his large Power Snake and went to work on the clog. I normally don't take the time to leave reviews but when someone comes in and goes far above and beyond what's expected. I'm actually happy to leave them a review. This company was on time, the man they sent to do the job was absolutely excellent. He actually gave me precice measurements on a cleanout in my backyard. I knew there was a clean-out but I had very little information on where it was actually located. He mapped my drain throughout my backyard all the way to the street. He was informative, respectful and just a nice guy. The job he did was done incredibly well and he even cleaned up after himself. I honestly could not have asked for, or gotten a better company. I will absolutely refer A-list Drains to anybody that needs them. One last thing I almost forgot to mention. I was actually charged less than I was quoted. Something you do not see in 2022. That's something that really blew me away. Tim B.
