    Date of transaction was: Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 05:34:00 PM EST The amount of money I paid: $156.00 What the business committed to provide you/me: Worlds Best, Gourmet Lollipop's What the nature of the dispute is: They advertise "Worlds Best, Gourmet Lollipop's" on their about us page, but what they send you is just a sugar ball on a stick, their so called Worlds Best Gourmet Lollipop's have no taste at all, they are just a ball of sugar without any flavor to them. That is consider False Advertisement, and misleading to a product that they do not sale/have.Has the business tried to resolve/dispute the problem: I have contacted the business thru email (only way they have listed on their web site), I have sent them emails with my issue, they responded saying that they wanted me to send them a picture, I responded back to them telling them it is not about how the item looks it is about how the item has no taste except for just plain pure sugar. (Explain to me how you can send a picture of their product having no taste at all and only taste like pure sugar) They responded back and said that this: (copy and paste of their response) We do apologize, we will forward this to the right department and get back to you. That message was sent to me on 2/14/2025 today is 2/27/2025 and they have not responded back as of yet, I have even tried to contact them several other times and no reply still. If the issue Involves advertising, when and where the ad was seen or heard: They advertise Worlds Best" web address is here: ******************************* I have all the emails I sent to them and their response/reply's if needed

    I have reached out the customer. We have remedy the issue with new product and a refund. However, we have looked at their complaint and believe that our product tastes wonderful.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I believe they will hold up their end of the agreement, and I will be keeping a eye on my bank account for the refund.
