      I cannot say enough bad things about this company. They get you to sign on with empty promises and then never answer your calls or call you back. It took me over a month to cancel. They owed me money which I would not have gotten unless I called back once a week. I'm still not sure if I will get the refund. Terrible business, stay away, seek other means of help.

      We focus heavily on the patient experience at all of our Northeast Men's Health locations. As anyone can see from our ****** reviews, we receive multiple 5 Star Reviews from patients every month. Our process when providing treatment includes treatment plans that can span long periods of time. Due to this many patients opt to utilize medical financing. When a patient decides that they cannot complete their treatment plan we will review treatment provided and provide a downgraded treatment plan cost to the patient for services rendered. Once aligned, we will reach out to the medical financing company to let them know the amount to forgive on the loan and then the cancellation is complete. As you may imagine, this process can take a few weeks, and our staff is accessible via email, text, or phone call during our business hours with any questions.

      Very unprofessional, I do not recommend them . They preach you can cancel anytime . However after my medical mishap I was told by my doctor to stop taking those medications.it was less than a week after I went . I was prescribed medication before my lab results were in. Then they said they did so According to my symptoms. My only symptoms now are they are trying to strong arm me out of a additional 710.00 after I purchased the medications out right .they waved the 100 dollar lab tests because the lab was down. However don't cancel you will be charged medication and office visits that never happened.

      We are not always able to exceed every patient's expectations due to everyone being unique. In some cases where our team tries to address concerns through our policies, there are nuances that can get missed. Management will provide every effort to rectify the situation with the patient, but is limited to patient responses. When a patient does not engage, then there is only so much our management team can do.
