      Purchased a scag leaf vacuum from turf depot. Head gasket failed after 1 hour of use . Service department repaired. Used machines again for a few hours engine blew up. Apparently service kid did not install wing nut on air cleaner during head gasket repair. Manager rich tells me that ****** and ******** is trying to sell company and denying all warranty claims . Rich does not want to admit his service kid is at fault. Also he said warranty is different in new Hampshire vs. Massachusetts. Spent over $ 5000.00 and machine is garbage. Spent over 100k in last 10 years with this company. Rich is very dishonest
