    Was getting laser treatments at ******** laser center in *************. I paid $1,125 for a brazilian laser. I had 3 treatments done and went to go to my appointment and they closed and never told me. My cycles got messed up and I was told to call AllCare Medical in ***** nh to get a refund. The owner ****** will not refund me the whole amount. The three cycles I did do not matter anymore because they have to be done in a certain amount of time. She will only refund me 365$. I wasted 750$ for no reason. This place needs to go out of business. They stole $750 from me.

    I had treatments left and since they cannot fulfill my treatments the previous treatments were ruined therefore I spend $1225 for no reason.

    Hello,

    The ************ out of business. ****** ***** purchased a package of 6 laser hair removal sessions.

    She received 4, leaving two outstanding sessions. We refunded the two sessions a check was sent to her for $375 on 10/10/24. 

    She stated she wanted a full refund because she was not happy with the results - a waiver was signed before treatment began stating that the outcome of the treatment cannot be predicted and that payments for laser treatments are non-refundable.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I paid $1,125 for a package of a brazilian laser. It was supposed to be 6 sessions. I got 4 sessions completed and I went to go to my 5th session and the facility was closed. No one told me it was closed down. I called you and asked for a refund and you explained I could go to ********. I waited 2 weeks and didnt hear back. I called again and you said Stoneham didnt open when you said they were and that I could drive to RI. ************ its 2.5 hours away from me. You told me you would only refund me for the 2 sessions. Since my last 2 sessions were not completed the whole laser process I did was a waste. The hair growth came back because of the timing. The $750 I spent on the 4 sessions did nothing because my laser did not follow through. Your company robbed me $750. If I go to any laser place I am now going to have the pay the full price for all 6 sessions. I am extremely disappointed in the way you handle a business. You rob your clients and do not care they wasted their money. I did not sign a waiver for the place to close down and lose all of my treatment progress and money. Absolutely disgusting.
