Date of Transaction was September 23, 2023. I bought a bike that I was told was "far better than what I was riding now and is lighter." Which BOTH are actual lies. The old bike a Gary Fisher Joshua X1 is 28lbs and the Trek Farley 7 is 37lbs. This bike is also unpredictable, impossible to control and significantly heavier, to the point it has caused a back injury! I am now seeing a Dr. for the back injury and have been unable to do much of anything since getting this bike because riding it is impossible. It does what it wants and puts me in danger when it does. This is NOT better than my last bike at all. I had my last bike for 25 years and it is far better than this piece of junk! To the point I am trying to sell it but would prefer this shop do the right thing and take this bike back with a full refund of my purchase price, $2300. I do not wish anything more nor anything less. I feel this is what is right and ethical based on the situation.
