      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They ignored me when I phoned to register the complaint 2 times. They have ignored the Better Business Bureau inquiry as well. What does, this say about A plus Paving?They have not contacted me in order to resolve the issue despite the fact that the repairs are well within the one year guarantee. It is my hope that they will redeem themselves by contacting the BBB or me and honor their contract.  this complaint as stated to the office. I have the contract if needed. In conclusion , if I were a big burly man rather than a small woman, a lawyer rather than a retiree, owned a large home in ******* ,** rather than a modest home in a small NH town, Would I be receiving the same poor customer service and disrespect with regard to this issue? I think not!.andover

      The first complaint was last year. She wanted an inch and a half wider so we fixed that now shes saying that another company wants to seal coat it and repair a crack but yet wants 8500 as a refund? we spoke to her several times and said we were in the area. We will come and fix the crack at the end of the driveway and she wasnt happy with that and put a complaint in with the BBB but last Friday we fixed the crack so I dont know why she put another complaint in.

      A Plus paving provided a job estimate for a paving job last Friday, and we started the work within a week of the proposal. On the day of work, the person said the cost would be 3 times the initial quote and pressured my disabled friend to accept the higher price (as I was working away in the office not on property). This has caused significant stress to my friend who is mobility challenged. The company never completed the work that was expected and left a mess around the job area on the lawn.

      **** St.******** called A Plus Paving for a estimate then **** called back to go ahead to do work. Great we came out to do work then **** ask to make the area bigger 

      thats costs more money **** agreed for A plus Paving order more materials to make job larger. **** and A plus paving shook hands with the new price.

      When his ex wife found out the cost she was mad and didnt want to work to be done. We already ordered the exta materials. **** wanted to to the work and he hired us but the ex wife stopped us. So he paid for the rip out and the gravel and to cover the cost of extra Materials 

      **** wanted a larger job nobody pressured him. His ex wife pressured him not to do the job.
