  Working with Mike from MGS was a great experience. He was a true professional all through the process. Mimk came to talk to me and he explained what they (Him and his company) have to offer including great quality of work and material, as well as a phone call away for any questions before and after the job was completed. The crew was professional and respectful to the property. They did a great job installing the new roof and cleaning after the job was done. I couldn't be happier. I plan to continue working with Mike on future projects I have in mean since roofing is not the only work they do.

  I recently bought a townhouse with an older roof that needed replacing, and I had two insurance companies drop me because of it. I spoke with Mike from MGS and explained the situation, and he worked with me to fit me in to have the roof replaced before the second insurance company canceled my policy.
  
  The crew came out within a week to replace my roof, and it came out beautiful! The crew was fast, efficient, and cleaned everything thoroughly after. Mike also ensured that I had all of the necessary documentation and pictures necessary for my insurance company's approval.
  
  Mike was also genuinely caring, honest, and down-to-earth when he came out for the initial estimate. He was never pushy and never tried to upsell me on anything, and the pricing was very fair and matched what I paid at the end of the project. I felt that I was speaking with a man who genuinely cares about his customers and his trade, and not a salesman (can't say the same about a few other companies I had received estimates from!).
  
  Mike was also always available and responsive for all questions and concerns that I had, and had even reached out to me after hours to schedule the roof replacement to get me in as quickly as possible.
  
  I'm so impressed and grateful for my experience with MGS from beginning to end. I have a deck that also needs replacing, and I absolutely plan on reaching out to them again once I'm ready to tackle that project!

  Great company and great work! From the beginning to the end all their interactions with us were very professional and helpful. The company representative ( Mike @ MGS Construction LLC) explained all the options very clearly and helped up select the best materials and installation method for the new roof.
  One of the best features was that they did all the work in one day!
  Great company, highly recommended if you need a new roof.

  We don’t normally write reviews or recommend contractors to friends and family out of abondance of caution. However, this time our recent experience with Mike @ MGS Construction LLC made us change our mind. We needed a new roof, and Mike was one of 4 other reps we selected to provide a proposal in person. Mike was so friendly, professional, and a good listener. His proposal stood out as the most reasonable. The MGS price was affordable and the quality of work was impeccable as Mike made sure to supervise the team in person. The crew members are knowledgeable in regards to roof replacement . They completed the project on time same day with excellent job cleaning up.
  We recommend Mike and MGS Construction for roofing projects!

  Manny and his team added a 12x24 screened in porch to our home as well as changing the roof line and installing a metal roof. The quality of their work was superior and completed ahead of what we expected. Manny's team was professional and courteous and cleaned up work area daily. We had neighbors that came up to us to comment on how hard Manny's crew worked. Manny was very knowledgeable in all areas of our job and his communication throughout was exceptional. I would definitely recommend MGS construction and would rate Manny and his crew as a 5 star company!
