    I hired them in early September 2023 and paid them a deposit of $2500.00.They failed to protect my property, damaged my property, and acted unprofessionally.Pellerin Siding and Windows in ********* refuses to complete the "punch list" that I provided them and refuses to communicate further with me.

    We have tried to reach out and get an in person walk through with myself, ***** (the installer) and *********. Emails have proven to get a little confusing and we just wanted to make sure we addressed any concerns in person. We have not charged the remaining ~$6000. We only wanted to make things right for the client. We weren't allowed back. 

    One of the issues described was a cleanliness complaint. We always do a complete clean up at the end of the project. We have never left a mess in 40 years of business. The **** in the drive way was there previously according to *****. There was nothing that could reach the ground off the trailer that would **** anything up. 

    The shutter are standard size and exactly what were there prior. I uploaded the specs on them. They are supposed to be the length of the sash. 

    We only left the install of the pre built interior window trim on 2 windows. We left it off per owners request, as she wished to paint them. We basically gave away the entire project at cost for us. We only accepted an initial deposit of about 30%. We feel like at this point in the project we wont be able to make owner happy and giving them the ~$6000 discount to move on was the best choice.
